Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: external
Purpose: To create powerful and fun interaction/connection
Pre-teach: Just teach them to say this before they start, ‘Step in front, step behind, step kick step kick’.
First move: This is a great song to get your group together towards the end of the class. Get your people into a circle, this is so much fun.
It’s a little step combo, have your people repeat it with you. It goes like this: step in front, step behind step kick step kick.
While it is slow, get a bit of style into your steps and your kicks. The song will become faster, same steps and kicks. You might even get into some jumping when you do it.
At the end of the song, just go crazy, whatever you want, alone or together with somebody. Great song, so much fun! Enjoy it!
Transitions:
Just repeat the first move for the whole song. It will get faster and faster.
