Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: no Focus: external Purpose: To connect in a friendly way with others This song is all about connection. It’s a great way to start a class or lead into CFT. First move: A sweet little walk. Start with a casual walk, really sweet and happy walk. It’s just easy. And the next person that you walk by, go ahead and grab their hand or arm and walk together. You know you can always sing along, so much more fun, sing to each other. Wave bye to your friend. Sweetly walk around and find a new friend and walk with your new friend. If you want to add more friends to it you can so that they are walking in small groups. You can have them stop together and sing to each other. So sweet, really great. Transitions: You can switch this whenever you want. Play with this one. It’s a lovely way to get people to interact in a gentle and kind way.
