Start with a big yawn and forward fold. Nice and easy, gentle movements. Do that a few times. Adding lots of big breaths. Soft sway in your upper body.
Soft neck, softly begin drawing circles with your upper body using your shoulders, elbows and wrists. How many different ways can you dance your elbows?
Remember to change directions.
Remember your breath, inhale and exhale.
Now adding your hips side to side, continuing to move your upper body.
Moving into your knees.
Add your ankles.
Articulating all your joints.
Breathing nice and big.
Ending with a big forward fold.
