Purpose: To get the heart rate up
First move: Walk. Start to give me this nice kind of country, swingy, happy walk. Really let your heel hit the ground. Let your arms swing in it. All directions. Explore your space.
Put a smile on your face. You might even look someone in the eye when you walk by them.
Second move: Skip. If you’re having a hard time skipping, just add a step and knee. Like you’re a kid again! Really use up the space and fly! Here we go.
Put some energy in it. Smile. Playful. Joyful. Yes! Throughout the space. Maybe add a turn once in a while.
Third move: Breathe up. Exhale bringing it in. (There are 3 breaths).
