Purpose: To explore what it feels like to embody confidence
First move: Snap. It can be one hand, both hands, as long as you dance your snap you can do it any way you want. You can snap all around your body. Play with your levels. Give yourself permission to really dance it in your own unique way.
Maybe try snapping above you or below you or behind your back. Snap all around your body as you give it your own style, a little attitude and confidence.
Second move: 1-2-123. Put the rhythm in your feet and start to dance it around the room. You can turn, dance it backwards or sideways. Now show me what you can do with your arms. What about your shoulders? And see if you can get your hips in it, make your booty dance as well. Listen to the song – how does it make you wanna move? Can’t get it wrong! Your way is the right way!
Third move: Pose-Work It Back. Pose and show me how fabulous you are! Stick your booty out and go back four. Pose and allow yourself to be confident and show me some attitude! Don’t hold back! Give yourself permission to shine!
Change your direction every time you walk back. And stick your booty out and lubricate those hips. Give me a different pose every time – really present yourself and own how awesome you are! No one can do it but you, you have to try it to see what it feels like.
