Purpose: to experience theatrical, wolf energy and act fierce.
First move: Drop-Slow Walk. Get your claws out! You’re going to hear when to drop down slow and fierce. Now slow walk. Put the fierce in your face. Do it again. Strong and fierce. Do it again. Intense and low. Strong. Deep in the legs. Walk slowly. Get those claws out. Let’s see what you’ve got. How can you be fierce? Can you do it a little differently every time? Show me your fierce wolf.
Second move: Look-around. Last drop down, stay down and look around. Intense, look at people. Show your claws. Intense in your face. Claws out. You can travel if you want. Intense and strong!
Third move: Run-and-claw. Claws out, Run long strides and while you’re running, swipe and claw at things. Use your directions. Backwards. Turns. Use as much space as you can. Swipe and claw at each other as you run. Make sounds if you want. Now and then, change directions. Move, move, move. Use the space. Keep your claws going. Take those long strides. Get through the space. Can you run backwards or sideways?
Fourth move: Stomp and claw. Strong in the legs, bend your knees and heavy in the feet. Show me how you swipe and claw with your hands. Toward other people. Heavy. Strong. Intense. You can’t get it wrong! Do it your way.
