You decide when you want to change to the another moves, no time code.

First move: body circles walk 4, with lots of arms.

Second move: OTS Shapes or poses, call them shapes, use different levels, different shapes all the time.
Make them sharp, put all body party into your shapes. Stick body parts out.

Third move: Pump. Pump your hips, get your whole body involved, dance your pumps, your whole body gets involved.
