Purpose: Boost up the Cardio and functionally move hips!
This song is verse-chorus. When they say, “Who Let the Dogs Out” you jump with the fist pump. When it gets to the rap of the verse, wag your tail and move in different directions.
There’s a little pause in the music. Take them to the floor here. Have them wag their tail while crawling on the floor.
Back to the fist pump, but somehow on the floor.
You can have them get back up the next round.
First move: Fist Pump – You can use one fist or both or be sure to switch!
Pump and Jump, really get the heart pumping.
Second move: Wag Your Tail – bend your knees and move your hips like a dog wags its tail. Try to move in all directions with this!
You can have them imagine what kind of tail they have….big and fluffy or short and stubby! Be sure they are dancing it!
