Coaching Notes:

Purpose & Focus: Ankle and lower body mobility, Dance

Start by getting your participants to hold on to the chair and begin the first move; step scuff. Like a little stroll in the park, you can make it a little bouncy.
Add your arms so they swing naturally with the movement.

Second move, hold on to your chair and bounce your heels. Let go of your chair and start to bounce your shoulders. Dance it! Now just your shoulders. Now add your feet.

Now go back to your first move; step scuff. Add bigger arms if you want to, allowing them to sway with your movement. You can swing them. Have fun with it and dance it!

Back to your bouncy shoulders and heels. Let your legs twist a little. Now isolate just the shoulders.

Back to your step scuff one more time. Add the arms your way.
