Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes – just the rock step combo (third move)
Focus: internal/external
Fitness Elements/Purpose: CR, RT, Agility, ROM, Coordination, Muscle Strength (upper back)

First move: nice big stretches for 8 cts. Continuing to extend and gently flow with it! Use nice deep breaths here, explore ROM, use different levels and DANCE IT!

Second move: nice big stretches 4/gentle walk 4 (8 sets, you can hold the last one in the stretch if you want).
Really dance those 4 walks moving to somewhere else in the room and around each other.

Third move: rock-step 2 (Arms open back for upper back focus)/light walk/dance 4. The purpose here is to open up the chest and pull the arms back, engaging postural muscles.
You can remind your students that these muscles are important for posture, they hold our bodies up and keep our breasts off our thighs :-)!
Remind them here to get creative with where they are placing their arms before the pull back.

Fourth move: OTS let arms float up, big breath in, then arms down. Just a little break here.

The first move only happens once at the beginning of this song. Then it moves three rounds through 2-4 moves.

Transitions:
0:00 Slow poses/big stretches with gentle movement
0:32 Stretch 4/light walk 4

END – there is a long end of this song
