Purpose: To build unity and elevate the heart rate.

First move: Slow Walk: Start by just giving me a slow confident walk. Chest up, shoulders back.

Second move: Tempo walk: connect your feet to the beat and walk through the room with confidence and style.
Use your arms how you want.

Third move: Pump 4, walk 4: Raise your arms and pump strong up. “we the people” then walk 4. Every time you do it, try to do it with
someone.
This is all about unity. We together!! Someone different each time.

Fourth move: OTS Fast feet: Bend your knees and fast feet OTS. Charge it up. Use your arms to express.
You can turn it. But charge it up here.

Fifth move: Pump (jump) 4 and run 4: Same move as before but now I want you to energize it.
Try to jump on the pump then run for 4. Do it with someone new each time.
