Second move: Slow, Slow, Slow, Quick, Quick. Let’s go Slow, Slow, Slow, Quick, Quick. SSSSQQ, Now start to add your arms. Explore the space and directions. Slow, Slow, Slow, 1-2. Let’s see your confidence. Exploring space. Show me your style and personality.
Third move: 1,2,123. 1,2, cha, cha, cha. 1,2,cha, cha, cha. Keep that cha cha really small. Arms are in it. Soften the knees so your hips can move. Playing with directions. Maybe try a turn now and then. Your way. Style…a little jazzy, swanky. Play with that cha cha. Moving around each other. Let me see your own personality. You’ve got a whole room to explore, where else can you go? Your way is the right way. Let’s see your shoulders and arms dancing. Dance your cha cha with your whole body. Once you feel comfortable, challenge yourself. Move toward each other or around each other. Play with the walls or whatever else is in this space. Do your own cha cha. Doesn’t matter how. Just dance it! All the way up your face. Everything is dancing. Knees soft and relaxed. See what that does in your whole body.
