Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To cool down the body
First move: Waves. Start by slowly making wave-like motions with your arms. Notice your wrists and arms and fingers.
Can you float those waves all around you.You can bring your body into those wave-like motions so your spine is moving.
Take a soft gaze to the floor. What body part haven’t you added in this wave? Is it your head? Your shoulders? Your fingers?
What about your ankles or your knees? Now in a creative way, slowly wave yourself all the way down to the ground. Taking your time. Keep waving.
Have you tried waving your legs in the air? And can you wave your arms at the same time? Now you can lower your arms and legs to the floor and make some angels.
Take a big breath and let it go.
Transitions:
The moves are the same throughout.
