First move: quick-quick-slow. It can be a walk, walk, drag. Travel through the space. Start adding your arms. Play with turns. Sideways.
Maybe you want to add yous shoulders. Make this a little silly. Let your upper body get involved.
Show me how you can get this in your whole body. Can you dance around someone on the dancefloor?
You can’t get it wrong. Nice and flowy. Lots of hips. Bend your knees so your hips can move.
Second move: Pose and shimmy. Dance your shimmy around.
