First move: Walk 4, water arms 4 – Let’s start by walking 1234, now show me some flowy water arms for 1234. Again walk 4, then all together water flowy arms for 4. Open yourself up. Put some pep in your step. Add your dance to the movement. Can you do it a little differently each time? walk 4, water arms 4. Relax and make it fluid. Can you walk towards someone and create water arms together? Let’s feel like we are connected. Water together. As the song progresses bring them closer and closer together, so the water ends up with everyone all together doing water arms.

Second move: 1-2-123 – Now put the rhythm in your feet. 1-2, 123, 1-2, 123. Bend your knees, relax your body and add your style and personality. Can you let your body dance this rhythm? Show me how your arms dance with your body keep them fluid like water. Keep the rhythm 1-2, 123. Do it your way, but dance it! Can you change direction or turn? Explore all the space in the room and around each other. Show me how you dance in the water. Do it your way. Let the music inspire how you move.
