First move: dance walk – Stay lower on this walk, lots of play with arms, and directions…no straight lines! Dance with each other too!
Second move: reach it up, walk high or little skip – I always say tippy toes on this, reaching toward the sunshine, dancing the arms in many different ways and just letting it feel good!!
