Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To connect to the rhythm and others, warm-up or cool down the body

First move: SQQ. Start by connecting them to the slow-quick-quick rhythm. Encourage them to keep it light and soft, invite them to explore directions and start adding light arms.
You may want to give them the option for a light run on the quick-quick and build it up with the music before it breaks into the dance walk.

Second move: Dance walk. You can connect them to the tempo of the walk or just them explore it their own way. It’s a great time to invite them to get creative walking and moving around each other and invite connections like a wink, a smile or a wave.

Transitions:
0:00 slow-quick-quick
1:04 dance walk
1:52 slow-quick-quick
2:40 dance walk
3:14 slow-quick-quick
