Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes Focus: External Purpose: This track is about having fun, dancing simple combinations, and being a little bit funky!

First move: Boom-Boom-Combo. Pound air 2 X Boom Boom; then you wiggle down Akalaka. Get your class to say it as they perform the move and encourage a lot of over-the-top movements.

Second move: Dinosaur Walk. The walk has some funky attitude but also acting out different dinosaurs as they walk. Show me your favorite dinosaur. How does it walk? What does it sound like? How do they move different from the last? Don’t forget dinos that fly. Backwards. Sideways. Turns. Keep it going. Somewhere new in the room.

Third Move: Open-the-Door-Combo. Open the door; Walk, walk; Dinosaur dance. Once again encouraging singing and multiple door directions. Let’s see it.
