Purpose: To increase heart rate and create connections on the dance floor
First move: March. Connect to the beat. March. March. Start to dance it. Move through the space.
Play with directions. Levels. Turns. Get your whole body in it. Add more body parts.
Smile when you go by someone. Give them a little wink.
Second move: Skip. Take up the whole space. Use the whole dancefloor. Use your arms. Fly away.
Dance it in your own way. You can grab someone’s hand and skip with them.
Find someone new. Dance your skip. Light and carefree. Knees as high as you want.
Show me how you use your arms. Let your hair dance too. You can’t get it wrong.
Third move: Pause. Close your eyes and breathe.
