Purpose: To connect with one-rhythm and encourage internal focus

A soft, gentle song to get groovers moving around the dance floor. As it’s just the one rhythm throughout, the music can become
meditative.
Encourage groovers to focus inwards, thinking about making their bodies feel really good as they gently dance and get lost in the
rhythm.
Start them up with a gentle and relaxed sway OTS when it starts until at 0:19 you hear the rhythm come in.

First move: Slow-Quick-Quick. Get groovers to emphasize and accent the slow element with flowing arms and soft body movements.
When music intensifies, encourage more dramatic and bigger movements (during the chorus at 0:57 and 1:56)

Transitions:
0:00 Start with body sways and OTS
0:19 Slow-Quick-Quick
