Purpose: To build coordination with the combination, dance, have fun, and increase cardio.

Start by playing the drums.

First move: Stomp. Add arms and relax the body. (You decide on the speed). Make sure your arms are in it.

Second move: Combo. 1, 2, 3, 4, play the drums, Hey Hey! 2nd time through the combo,
“Whoever you’re with, do the combo with them”

Third move: Double hop. It’s this little teeter totter move.
Get those arms up. Make faces. It’s a celebration. Get your hair dancing. Have fun with this. Do this with someone around you.
