Purpose: To lubricate your spine while twisting

First move: Slow-Slow-Slow-Quick-Quick. Count everyone in the rhythm, you may need to repeat this a few times, observe your participants. Count them in after each transitions.
Really lovely, gentle and light steps, express the slows with your arms.

Second move: Toe-Twist. Get everyone to bend the knees, stick the butt out a bit and gentle get them to twist. This feels so great for your spine, moving it in a gentle and relaxed way.
A soft smile on your face, how does that feel. Gentle and relaxed dancing of your arms with your twist.
