Purpose: To explore simple ways to shake the body to improve the lymphatic system

First Move: OTS Shake. Be creative and unique as you shake your body. You’ve got levels, like down or reaching your arms up, so play with it. Can you add more body parts? What else can you shake? If you relax your whole body, it will be easier. Relax your jaw aand feel all your body parts shake. No one cares how you look. Be as creative as you can and give yourself permission to have fun with this.

Second Move: Disco Dance Walk. Give me a little walk. 1-2-1-2. Put the beat in your feet. That’s it. Now put some ‘disco boogie’ and ‘disco moves’ into your walk! Make it funky. Can you get your head dancing while you walk? Your face is in it. Your whole body is disco style Lots of personality. Try different directions. Maybe backwards or a little turn now and then. Sideways. Let’s see where else you can go. You can’t get this wrong. Let’s see you disco dance walk your own way. Show me your best disco walking.

Third Move: ‘1-2-3’ Shake your body down. You will hear a whistle which is your cue to put your hand up in the air counting ‘1-2-3’ with your fingers and then shake your body down. Now that you’ve got it, let’s see you do it a little differently every time. Maybe face a new direction. Shake different body parts. Switch hands. Just be as creative as possible.

Fourth Move: Step & Clap. Make this a funky, disco step and clap. Place your claps all around your body. Maybe even on your body. Just how funky can you be? Get your head in it. If you feel like moving as you clap, go right ahead. You’ve got this. Show me your style. That’s it.
