Pre-teach: There are 2 things i want you to know before we do this song, I want you to do it with me. The first is we are going to learn a knee drop. Legs apart, now bend one knee in then the other, practice with me. Now walk 8 and knee drop 4. Here we go walk 12345678 now drop drop drop drop, do it again. Perfect. Remember that move. At the end of the song we will double that and walk for 2 counts of 8, then knee drop for 8. I’ll let you know when it will happen. Also during this song we will be forming a big circle. So when I say get in a circle we will clap and form a circle. We will slowly lift our arms as we small march/walk towards the middle then slowly lower our arms as we move back. Let’s try it one time together. I want your arms slow, strong, powerful, confident and victorious. Forward now back. I want us to feel powerful, united, strong and victorious together.

First Move: OTS Rock star knee – Stand like a super rock star, bop your knee and give me lots of attitude. Chest up, shoulders back. Let your shoulders move. Can you add confidence. You can even make rock star hand gestures. Show me your style.

Second move: Knee drop – Now bend your knees and let your knee drop in, knee drop in, knee drop in. Keep it super cool and strong. Let your arms dance with your body. Keep your chest and chin up. Show me your confidence and attitude. Can you change direction while you knee drop? What else can you do with your arms?

Third move: Walk 8, knee drop 4xs – Now walk 8 then knee drop OTS 4xs. Give me lots of attitude and power. Change direction each time. You can even go backwards. Use your arms strong when you walk and you can add a throw on the knee drop. But do it with power and confidence. Add your style and power.

Forth move: Circle connection: Now clap and get into a circle (you only have 8 counts for this so do it quickly). Now strong slow powerful arms moving forward, Slow powerful arms moving backwards. Do it again. Show me your strength and power. We are united! “They will not control us”, after you do this 2xs stay in the circle and do a rock star knee for 8 counts.

Fifth move: 8 knee drops, 2×8 walk – Knee drop for 8, throw your arms into it. Strong and powerful! Now walk 2 8 counts, strong, powerful and confident. Move around each other. Do it again. Can you go a different direction? Chest up, shoulders back. Do it your way. Use all your directions.
