Purpose: To focus on moving in balance
First Move: Balance on one foot and when you need to switch feet, go ahead. Now dance it. Get creative with how you move.
Activate your core to help you balance. If you want to work on strength, try lowering. See what you can do. Breathe fully.
Try new ways. You never know what you can do until you try it. No one can do it for you, right?
Second Move: 1-2-Balance. Bring different shapes into your balance. And almost start to fall into your step from the balance. Dramatic.
Add more breath. Move to different places. Reach with those arms.
