Purpose: To warm up the body and lubricating the joints of the body
This song can be used as a first song since it includes 52 seconds of circulation/lubrication. It is also perfect directly after circulation/lubrication. In that case, you have the participants simply keep going with their warming up circulations for another 52 seconds.
First move is Circulation OTS. Please refer to the standard circulation tutorial. Just keep in mind that there is a beat coming after less than a minute.
Second move is a Slow-Quick-Quick. You start them off on the spot and get everyone united in this rhythm.
This rhythm pattern keeps going for the whole song, so there is a lot of time for your participants to explore all their opportunities, directions, levels, arm variations.
You know how to get them there. It is very meditative, soft and flowing. People can really relax into it and soften their movements.
At 5:18 the rhythm fades out. Bring them back OTS and back to circulation and stretch-movements until the end.
