Start on the spot getting your participants into the heavy bounce just feeling the music.
Then ask them to start traveling this bounce and invite the arms. Accent the music with the arms.
Remind them they can’t get it wrong and to feel the style! Lots of attitude on their face!
Whenever you want, transition to second move; stomp, stomp and pop the chest. Invite them to roll their shoulders back when they pop the chest.
Then ask them to show their hands as if they have claws. I also like to build it up so they do it with each other and begin making noise on the claw, saying “Huh!”
Whenever you want to transition to the third move, you can.
Get them to plant their feet and make a ninja / warrior kind of pose. Then add strong arm cuts for a count of 4. Travel this move and reinforce strength and stability.
If you’d like, you can go back to any of the other moves.
An awesome strength and confidence building track!
