Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: external
Purpose: To warm up the body and start connections in the group

The song is a great warm up song that gets people moving, starts the first connections in the group and also gives them an option to sing along. It is super playful, sweet and flirty, happy and with lots of smiles. You can ask your participants to pretend to be in sweet love and exaggerate the moves, interacting with others with flirtatious shy looks.

First move: Walk. Let them just walk. It’s a happy walk and you can have your participants swing arms with it. We pretty much do what the music tells us “Let’s go for a little walk under the moon of love”.

Second move: Two poses OTS with the music (I wanna tell you POSE… that “I love you”-POSE).

Third move: Twist. Happy, carefree, easy twist, very enjoyable. Can you stick something out in your twist? Have you tried taking it lower? What about lifting a foot in your twist?

It goes back and forth between the walk and the pose & twist with verse and chorus. Please watch out for one part in the music, where drums come. For a few seconds, you ask your participants to do fast feet OTS.

Transitions:
0:00 Walk
0:29 Two Poses and twist
0:41 Walk
change between twist and walk whenever you want
1:46 Fast feet OTS
1:50 Walk
change twist and walk whenever you want until the end
