Start with your legs together and twist. Get your arms moving side to side. Try to place your arms somewhere different each time using your levels; low, middle, high. You can even add your knees, bringing one up at a time.
Start to swim, making big arm movements. Try different strokes. Long arms.
At 1:25 Shake the hands high to low.
At 1:37 back to your twist side to side. Get your arms dancing with it too!
Back to your swim (when you want), getting the arms making different strokes and playing with the speed. See if your head and hair can dance with your swims.
At 2:06 back to your hand shakes until the end of the song.
