Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: External
Purpose: To explore imagination and create sweet interactions on the dance floor

Pre-Teach: I want you to imagine that the whole room is filled with twinkling stars. And every time we touch one, it will shine even brighter.

First Move: Touching twinkling stars. Listen to the song. For every note you hear, I want you to touch a twinkling star. Start to explore the space around your body as you touch stars in different places every time. Follow the rhythm in the melody. You can travel or stay on spot. It’s light, joyful and soft. Create your own beautiful dance touching the stars. Allow yourself to be curious as you find new stars to touch. Have you tried using your levels? Touching the stars above you or below you? Are there any stars on your body you can touch? Dance as you make the stars shine brighter. Can you make your whole body move with it? Maybe there are stars around one of your fellow groovers that need a little attention? You can even explore your balance? There can even be stars on the floor. Open your eyes and look all around – keep finding new stars. Maybe you wanna touch them with a new finger? Let your fingers dance. Have you tried traveling? You can even explore lying on the floor as you touch the stars. How can you dance it? See what it feels like to smile as you touch the stars.

Transitions:
Same move for the whole song.
