This is a fun but kind of intense track, let your participants know to pace themselves. It’s short, but hey? There are also modifications
to the moves, to make it less cardio.
Your choice or your participant’s choice to make it a step kick or a jump and kick, add those jazzy hands, your whole body is involved,
kicks are going all around your body, don’t be boring.
Switch to the twist, show them options, lifting one leg, adding arms hands, get creative and so playful, get crazy, add your head to
your twisting, your whole body is involved.
There’s parts in the song when you pose, gonna have to pay attention, but they’re so much fun to add them in.
