First move: down-up 6, pose & release – this is like a dip step together. Bend the knees, get down with your hips and then feet come together.
Put a real jazzy vibe to it. Let the body sway a bit as you travel, Keep it subtle and funky. Be sure the arms are lifted and dancing some too. “If you lift them, they will dance!”
Second move: shaky travel – simply begin to match the shake in the music, gently start to travel and then explore all the creative ways.
Shake in all different body parts, in different directions, even with someone else. Relax with it and let the music move you!
