Adult Facilitator
Pre-Teach: No (unless you want to introduce the walk and play with rhythm)
Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up the body and experience the flow of being in one simple rhythm for a longer time
First move: Start with a walk, light, soft, expressive, add light expressions with your arms. Get your whole body involved with your
walk.
Second move: OTS hold and express with your arms. Add lots of breath.
Back to the walk, may turn into a light run, let them play with the rhythm, add 123 if and when they want.
If your participants need a frame, instead of the walk, introduce it as 123-123.
Always encourage them to sing-along if they know they lyrics, even if they don’t.
Also encourage them to interact with other, you don’t have to try, point at somebody while dancing by.
