Purpose: To increase heart rate.

First Move: Funky march. Once everyone is united in the march invite them to pick up the knees a little higher and pull the chest towards the knees a bit. Start to travel your funky march moving sideways, backwards and turning as you march. Invite people to dance into the open spaces on the dance floor. Can you make your arms dance as well? And your head too? You can even invite your shoulders to get funky with it – what does that look like for you? Show me how you get your whole body dancing as you march with all your funk and style!

Second move: Jump and Groove. Jump and then dance it out on the spot. You don’t have to jump, you can also take a step and then groove it out. You can wiggle your butt, bob your head, pump your chest – simply move your body to the music – you can only get this right. You were born to dance!

You can play with turning as you jump so you face a different direction every time you jump. Get your arms and head dancing and maybe you can use your levels as you dance? Now don’t forget to really breath with it – we need lots of energy for this one!
Allow a little bit of crazy in your dance, no one truly cares what you look like, so don’t hold back – allow yourself to DANCE!

Third move: 3-2-1-step (you can add a clap later if you want). Stand on 1 leg and tap 3 times with the other leg, then step on it to switch sides. Tap your foot in a variety of different places. Add your arms, chest, shoulders and allow yourself to be a little wild as you dance it. Don’t try to look pretty, but make it playful and wild.

Transitions:
You can switch between those 3 moves whenever you want. Make sure you don’t switch too fast between the moves though, make sure there’s enough time with each move for them to be succesful and creative with it.

Primer movimiento: Marcha Funky Tribal: comienza con las piernas separadas y las rodillas flexionadas suavemente. Haz que intenten conectar la rodilla y el pecho. (no literalmente, pero esa sensación).
Se un poco salvaje y libre con el brazo. Realmente haz que levanten las rodillas y relajen los brazos, los brazos simplemente se moverán mágicamente mientras hacen la caminata amplia.
Simplemente invítalos a ser creativos con ellos.

Segundo movimiento: Salto y Groove: diles que salten y Groovean o bailan. Haz que sean creativos con sus saltos, haz que miren en diferentes direcciones cada vez que salten o se muevan.
Diles que bailen con todo el cuerpo en el Groove. Haz que los brazos bailen con el cuerpo

Puedes cambiar entre estos 3 movimientos cuando quieras.
