Purpose: sound play, flexibility & mobility
First Move: Connect them on the spot to the snaps, once everyone is connected, invite them to move it around the space and all
around their bodies.
There is no specific rhythm to follow in the feet so invite them to play with different possibilities.
Encourage them to be really creative with the way they travel. The style is really chill and cool.
Second Move: On the spot ask them to reach their arms up high, slowly roll down at their own pace.
Bending the knees and swinging at the hips, getting movement in the spine as they slowly roll back up. Connecting it to their breath.
Third Move: OTS bounce. This is a really relaxed bounce, so invite them to soften their knees and their joints, even their head and
fingers and just shake it out.
