Pre-Teach: yes, the increasing intensity from almost inward-starting to the powerful end and if you have new groovers, the “hesitate and travel for 3” rhythm-pattern
Focus: starts internal but gets very strong and external towards the end
Purpose: encouraging to fight for whatever is important for you, but also to rest and gaining the power for the fight, it’s strong and powerful including every part of your arms, hands and fingers
Pre-Teach: The song starts almost soft and inward and then get’s more powerful towards the end. We would like to get that feeling.
The rhythm-pattern of “hesitate and travel for 3” might be good to show in advance, especially for new groovers.
First Move: It starts almost gentle, soft and inward, but then turns into powerful, intense song.
Start with a slow walk and add hands and arms to the accent. It’s all about the arms and hands during that part.
Second Move: During the chorus, it’s a hesitate and travel-for-3 rhythm pattern.
Towards the end, when the song is more powerful, change to powerpose and travel for 3. End with a powerpose.
