Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Fast-hands-4-fast-feet-4 Focus: External Purpose: To increase heart rate and mobilize shoulder joint

Pre-teach: Let people know that this track is super intense, and they need to pace themselves if it gets too much. ’Try this with me: move your hands super fast for four counts, then shift to your feet – fast running/fast feet for 4 counts. Go! Hands-2-3-4-feet-2-3-4 – now, try it new ways every time: fast hands towards ceiling, around your body play with it! Fast feet can be close together, feet wide apart, turning as you do it – your choice!’ Try it with them a few times so they get the idea.

First move: is 1-2-arm-arm. Walk for two, then pump or throw your arms for two. Allow yourself to show some attitude and to even be a bit aggressive in your movements. Let out some energy! Try walking in different directions, try pumping somewhere new every time – try DANCING it, YOUR STYLE BABY! Invite people to interact with each other on the pumps.

Second move: is Fast-hands-4-fast-feet-4. First get everyone connected, the music tells you what to do. Then invite different ways of doing it and invite them to shout or yell to release some energy and play with the intensity in this groove. Use your own voice with lots of power and sound to encourage them. Use style words and groove truths to get them into the essence of the groove.

Great track for finger lights!
