Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: Internal to begin with, moving into the external focus if you choose to bring them into a circle after a while. External if it’s a welcome into class song. Purpose: To have time and space to bring the awareness back after the meditation, and also to welcome participants into the space.

Pre-Class-Music Information A great song to play while your participants enter the space, when you personally welcome them. Turn it off before you start your introduction to the class.
