Purpose: To warm up the body and increase heart rate
This song is dancy, energetic, uplifting, carefree & light.
First move: is a clap. Connect people to the sound, then invite clapping somewhere new every time – around their body and even on their body as well.
When people are successful have them travel the room using levels, directions and turning.
Second move: is dance walk. Connect people to the walk – 12-12-12-12. Once they are comfortable with this, invite them to add the 123 whenever they want.
Coach with style words and groove truths to have them express the dance fully.
Third move: is a simple slow walk. Coach for adding the arms and express the slow walk with the whole body.
