Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body and experience dramatic movement
First move: Lift & Lower Arms. OTS soft arms. Chest up. Breath deep. Yes! Beautiful! Let your arms dance as you lift and lower.
Second move: SQQ. Slow, Quick, Quick. Slow, Quick, Quick. Now as you get comfortable with it, make those arms really dramatic, but keep them soft and expressive. Use your whole body, playing with your levels. How can you get your entire body involved in that slow, quick, quick. Show me soft drama. Make it expressive. Really open and beautiful, traveling through the space in all directions. Have you tried adding a turn now and then? Try to do it a little differently each time. Dance through your movement. Perhaps your head can move with your arms. So soft and beautiful. What other shapes can your body make as you slow, quick, quick? Lovely. Expressive!
