Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To develop confidence and explore being sensual
First move: Walk. Connect to the beat and start to walk, confident and sensual, shoulders back, chest open. Lots of directions. Give yourself permission to be a little sensual. Show me your way. Let everyone know how amazing you are! Your way is the best way. You can use your arms in a creative and sensual way, try touching your body while you walk. Make it feel good.
Second move: Slow Walk and Snap. Now slow your walk down and give yourself permission to touch yourself a little with your slow walk. Express yourself with your arms. Now add your snap. Keep it sensual and even a bit flirty. Move your snaps all around you, above you and below you. You can even create yummy poses with your body while you snap. Have you explored your levels? The confidence and sensuality even show on your face. Try going different directions.Where else can you go? You can’t get it wrong.
Third move: Point. Stand and pose. Now point and tell someone – “Wanna these days these boots are gonna walk all over you”
Fourth move: Slow, Slow, Walk 1234. That’s it. Now when you go slow, touch something. Yummy slows. Shapes and confidence. Yes, let that foot drag. Give yourself permission to touch your body on those slow steps. Use your arms creatively. Nobody cares what you look like. Show us your own unique style. Can you try different yummy shapes and poses with your body on the slows? Sexy and you know it! No one cares what you look like, you look amazing!
