Only move: Slow sway for 2/ Waltz 2 xs (down up up).
Start with a sway to connect them to the music, then build in the rhythm pattern.
Invite them to be super soft, relaxed, elegant and graceful with their movement.Explore the whole room.
Make sure your head is moving with your body. Give yourself permission to be a little dramatic with your movement.
*If you find that they struggle with the pattern. It is also possible to allow them to do the sways (slows) and waltzes when they want.
