First move: easy walk – just connect to the beat first. As the music adds a move bouncy beat, pick up the feet a bit, play with sassy arms.
Second move: pause – arms – just pause OTS and take your arms over your eyes and up to the sky. The lyrics are talking about eyes and stars in the sky.
Third move: 8 runs, 4 kicks – this is the cardio and coordination section. It begins with 4 rounds, then 6 rounds and finally 8 rounds.
This allows them to keep finding creative ways to express the moves. Where else can they kick, can they run with knees up or arms up or feet kicking the butt or even run or kick with someone else.
