Purpose: To mobilize the spine and hips

First Move: Twist. Stay on the spot. I don’t want you twisting normally. I want you moving your legs. Lean into your butt. Get your whole body in it. You can travel it, but I want to see your arms moving. You might lift your leg. Stick out different body parts and see what happens. Show me how creative you can be with those twists. Maybe lean your whole body. Have you tried to bend those knees a little more? Make it feel good. Your whole body is twisting. Get your head and arms dancing too, mobilizing that spine and making it feel soooo good. Oh baby!

Second Move: Whip Walk. This is that 60’s style of walk using your arms. Your head is in it. Use your levels. Traveling and playing with directions. Put your style in it. Make your body a little loose and wiggly on that whip walk. Try backwards. Play with it.
