Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body

First move: Circulation. Start on the spot. Relax, soften and start to listen to the music. Start to gently draw circles, starting with your head. Easy. Relaxed, and gentle. Soften your knees. Soften your lips. Start to let your shoulders move in circles. Then add more body parts a little at a time. This is your warm up so use this time, to gently wake up your body, lubricating your joints. Moving through your whole spine. I would encourage you to give yourself permission to let your arms lift, adding to your dance. Moving through your whole body. Exploring the space above you. The space below you. The bubble all around your body. Let the music inspire how you dance and how you move. Back on the spot. Your beautiful, gentle, soft dance. Make sure to add your hips. Your spine. Even play with your feet, warming up your ankles. Can you dance your movement? Do it in a way that feels really good in your body.

Second move: Slow-Quick-Quick (S, Q, Q). We’re going to connect to a rhythm and it goes like this, Slow-Quick-Quick. Slow, 1,2. Slow, Quick, Quick. Now accent a beautiful. arm movement on the Slow. Slow, Quick, Quick. Now start to explore all of your directions. Can you travel around each other. Feel that slow arm, 1,2. . Do it a little different each time. Let it flow gently. Can you use all of your body when you move? Every part of your body is soft. You can explore your levels. Add your style. Do it your way, Your way is absolutely perfect! You don’t need to look like anyone else, just let it feel natural and so good in your body. Let it be your own dance. Beautiful. All the way to the end. SQQ.
