The Original GROOVE is balance on 1 foot while playing the piano.

First move: Begin on the floor and ask them to play the piano that they hear in the music.Invite them to be playful with it, creative, rolling around, playing on their body, in the air, on the floor, getting up ½ way and then back down.

Using different fingers playing the piano. Playing it with 1 hand or both, switching it up all the time. This all is very fluid, facing different directions, see what you body can do today.
This is wonderful for functional movement on the floor. So creative and playful if you let it happen
