Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No, unless you want to show the combo
Focus: External
Purpose: To practice the skill of kicking and twisting and continue working the heart muscle

Combo: one eye (point to forehead) one horn (on top of head use hand to make horn) then flap arms to fly

FIRST MOVE: Alright everyone let’s step and kick all around the room, I hope you are ready to sing too! Great work kicking all different directions, watch out for your neighbors!

SECOND MOVE: Twist and sing “One eyed one horned flying purple people eater!” Awesome, if you want, let’s try twisting and pointing to our forehead like there is an eye, the top of our head like there is a horn and then flap your wings! So cool.

THIRD MOVE: Freeze and pose (side note if you know the words say/sing them – like a wop bamba loo bop a wop bam boo. This will come with practice and repetition, actually I was surprised how many people knew it.)
