Focus: External
Purpose: Practicing graceful movements and balancing

First move: Look for Fairies. Start by telling the kids that you are going to look for fairies. “Search high and low. Pretend to look behind curtains and doors, under coaches, tables and beds and on top of shelves. Be very quiet, you don’t want to scare the fairies away!”

Second move: Open a box and sprinkle fairy dust on yourself + Grow wings and fly them! “You find a strange box!
Open it and find magical fairy dust inside. Sprinkle the magical dust all over yourself! Now fairy wings start growing on your back!
Use your arms as wings to fly across the space with them!”

Third move: balance and sprinkle fairy dust from your toes. “Put fairy dust on your toes! Balance on one leg and gently shake your foot to sprinkle the fairy dust all over the place! Tip toe somewhere else and sprinkle there! Lift your foot in front, behind you and to the side!“

Fourth move: Fly and hide! Being scared of humans you fly and hide!
