Purpose: To connect to your breath and warm-up or recover the body.
First move: Breath arms: Listen to the music and just lift and lower your arms to your own breathing.
Soft and easy. but add your creativity and style. Feel free to travel while you breathe.
Second move: Walk: Connect your feet to the beat and just walk. Relaxed and easy. But gently move your body in a way that warms
you up while you walk, explore your body.
Go all directions. Infuse your movement with your breath.
Third Move: Snaps: Soft and gentle just snap with the music, snap all different places around your body.
Relaxed and easy.
