This is a really soft and smooth song for recovery.

It doesn’t matter when you change between the moves. You can cue the changes or you can let your participants know to switch
back and forth whenever they want.

First move: step-tap, really gently and soft, laid back, relaxed.

Second move: 1-2-3-tap, switch it up with walk-3 and a tap. Keep them engaged, let them know to tap different every time, add
turns.

Transitions:
There are no real transitions, have them play with the 2 moves, or cue changes, your choice.
